Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time of eight weeks to furnish surety.

Perused the papers. The Applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court ( Coram : A. M. Badar, J. ) vide Order dated 21.11.2017 passed in B. A. No. 2450 of 2017. The Applicant was enlarged on bail on his executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- and on furnishing surety in the like amount. The Applicant was granted cash bail for the

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed and time is extended by a period of eight weeks within which period the Applicant shall comply with the order dated 21.11.2017. 5.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
