The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the trial arising out of CR No.96 of 2014 registered with Andheri Police Station has already began and as of today 12 witnesses have been examined by the prosecution. In view of the same, he seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court if the trial pertaining to the aforesaid CR does not conclude within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty is granted.
