Learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company submits that he has deposited entire decretal amount with accrued interest before the M.A.C.T. Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 255 of 2011. He requested to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 255 of 2011.

In view of submission in regard to deposit of entire decretal amount, there shall be stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 255 of 2011.
