None present for the appellant. The appeal is of the year 2003.

Learned counsel for the respondent informs the Court that vide letter dated 31.07.2015 it was informed to the learned counsel for the appellant that the sole respondent in this case, by name, Bhalchandra Kesarinath Pathare has expired on 01.12.2012. The names of his legal heirs along with their addresses were also informed to the learned counsel for the appellant. Not only that even the copy of the death extract was also sent to him, the said letter along with death extracts are produced and they are marked as Annexure 'A'.

In view thereof, as no steps are taken by the appellant to bring the legal heirs of the respondent on record, the appeal stands abated. [DR. SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.] 1/1
