Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 20 December 2022 passed by the Employees Insurance Court on an Application being Misc. Application (ESI-EX) No.48 of 2021 whereby the Application preferred by the Petitioner under Section 75 (2B) of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948, came to be partly allowed by directing the Petitioner to deposit 25% of the amount. 3.

Having perused the impugned order, I am of the view that the learned Judge, Employees Insurance Court, has properly exercised discretion to reduce the amount of pre-deposit to 25% of the demand. Hence, no interference is warranted in extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
