By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 18th September 2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli thereby setting aside the decree passed in Special Civil Suit No.103 of 2003. The suit is at the evidence stage. No interim relief is granted by this Court in this writ petition.

I am thus not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 18th September 2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli. Both the parties are directed to co-operate with each other and with the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli in expeditious disposal of the suit. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
