By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner, inter alia, seeks the following relief:- "a) This Hon'ble High Court by its order and / or direction be pleased to call for the records of proceedings of pending case No. RTS/Complaint/SR25/2021 from Tahsildar, Sinner, District Nashik and after examining the legality and propriety thereof this Hon'ble Court be pleased to transfer the RTS/Complaint/SR25/2021 from Tahsildar, Sinner to any other Tahsildar of District Nashik."

We are informed that Respondent No. 2 - Tahsildar, Sinner has already passed an order in RTS/Complaint/SR/25/2021 on 25.02.2022. In view thereof, the above prayer sought by the Petitioner has become infructuous. We, therefore, without going into the merits of the case stay the order of Respondent No. 2 - Tahsildar, Sinner dated 25.02.2022 for a period of two weeks to enable the Petitioner to move the Appellate Authority and seek appropriate reliefs.

In the event of the order passed by the Appellate Authority being against the Petitioner, the same shall not be implemented for a further period of two weeks from the date of service of the said order on the Petitioner and / or their Advocate.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.
