Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. Pursuant to our direction vide order dated 15th March, 2019, the matter was listed today and the police has produced before us, the alleged missing person, viz. Khushbu Surajmal Jain. On inquiry from the Court, she responded that she is adult, her birth date 7.10.1994 and she is residing with her parents at Pavali Poal, Salumbar, district Udaypur, Rajasthan, out of her own will 1 / 2

15 - WP. 818-19 and desire. She further submits that she is being looked after by her parents. In view of the statement of Khushbu Surajmal Jain, we have no other option but to close this petition for the writ of habeas corpus, granting liberty to the Petitioner to take recourse to the remedy, available in law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
