P.C. :- 1] Learned counsel appearing for Mr. Jayantilal Haria makes a statement that his client will remove his belongings in the suit premises, which are referred to in paragraph 4 of the notice dated 8 October 2015 addressed to the Court Receiver within a period of one week from today without fail.

2] The Court Receiver is directed to place Mrs. Veena Gambhir in possession of the suit premises soon thereafter. Learned counsel for Mrs. Veena Gambhir has stated that amount of Rs.25,000/- per month will be paid by her commencing from 1 May 2016. This will 1/2
