On 12 th July, 2016 this application came to be adjourned at the request of the Counsel for the applicant. On 26 th July, 2016 the applicants Counsel sought leave to amend the application to annex the copy of the impugned order. Leave was granted. Amendment was to be carried out within two weeks. The said period of two weeks expired in August, 2016 and today when the matter is called learned Counsel for the applicant seeks further time on the ground that the applicant has not furnished him with a copy of the impugned order. 2.

In the interest of justice, one last opportunity is granted to annex copy of the impugned order and comply with the order dated 26 th July, 2016. In the circumstances, time to comply with the order dated 26 th July, 2016 is extended upto 29 th June, 2017. If the order is not complied with on or before 29 th June, 1/2
