By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking grant of extension till 31st December 2024 for completion of the arbitral proceedings and passing of the Award by Sole Arbitrator. SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT 2.

The parties have consented to the extension of mandate by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

2024.02.20 18:07:49 +0530 of the learned Arbitrator till 31st December 2024 in order for the learned Arbitrator to complete the arbitral proceedings and to pass the Award.

Hence, by consent of parties, the following order is passed.:- (i) Mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended upto 31st December 2024 for completion of arbitral proceedings and for passing of the Award in exercise of powers under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration Act, 1996.

(ii) Arbitration Petition is accordingly disposed of. (iii)There shall be no order as to costs.
