Oral Order :

The Writ Petition was dismissed on 19 August 2004. By order dated 27 March 2012, by way of indulgence delay of six years and 269 days was condoned and Writ Petition was restored to file subject to payment of costs. After restoration of the Petition, Petitioners have not even reconstructed the papers and only memo

Inspite of there being delay of six years and 269 days the same was condoned not only none appears for the Petitioners but least that the Petitioners could have done was to reconstruct the papers, which is also not done for last four and a half years. It is clear that Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition, which is dismissed for non-prosecution. (N.M.Jamdar, J.)
