By an earlier Order dated 22nd March, 2017, this Court has directed the Trial Court to proceed with the hearing of the suit on its own merits. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that, in pursuance of the said order, hearing of the suit is being conducted by the learned Judge of the Trial Court. She submitted that, D.W. No.1 is under the cross-examination.

In view thereof, the parties herein are directed to maintain statusquo, during the pendency of the said suit, as per order dated 22nd March, 2017 passed by this Court.

Appeal is accordingly allowed.
