The matter is placed on the board for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 2nd March, 2016.

Mr. D'Silva submits that while suspending the sentence of the applicant and releasing him on the bail the direction that he be released on personal bond has not been mentioned. The applicant is not released on his personal bond but is released on bail in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Therefore, the correction as sought is not required.

The other correction sought by Mr. D'Silva is in reasons mentioned in the order for grant of unconditional leave to the applicant in the summary suit filed by the respondents. Mr. D'Silva points out that there are other reason also for grant of unconditional leave. The reference made in the order to the unconditional leave is only for the purpose of taking note that even in the civil proceedings initiated on the very cheque the Court had found substance in the defence taken by the applicants. Hence, there was no need to mention each and every ground for grant of unconditional leave in the order. On this count also the order needs no correction. Hence, removed from the board. [Smt. R. P.
