CORAM

:

RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

DATE :

MARCH 22, 2017.

P.C.

1.

None appeared for the Petitioners on 21/3/2017 and the matter stood over to this date.

2.

Even today, none appears for the Petitioners. 3.

The learned APP submits that the order dated 5/2/2016 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Alibaug at Raigad impugned in this Petition is with regard to granting exemption to Applicant/Accused Nos. 5 and 6 from appearing before the trial

Yadav V.G. 2 902.wp.796.16.odt. court only for a period of three months. As such, the said order would lose its efficacy from 5/5/2016 and hence, this Petition has become infructuous.

4.

Considering the above and in the light of the impugned order, I find that this Petition is rendered infructuous. The same is therefore disposed of, as being infructuous.
