The Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 states on instructions that since the above Petitioners have filed their respective representations, the same will be disposed off by Respondent No.3 within a period of four weeks from today and that in the meantime, the demolition shall not be carried out. The statement is accepted. It is also made clear that a speaking Order will be passed by Respondent No.3 after giving a hearing to the Petitioners and/or their Advocates. All contentions of the parties are kept open. It is further made clear that if the order passed is against the Petitioners, the same shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks from the date of service of the same on the Petitioners and/or their Advocates.
