Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned AGP on Civil Application No.518 of 2017 seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.2924 of 2011 which suffered dismissal on 5th January, 2017 on account of non appearance of the counsel for the petitioner when the matter was called out. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non appearance of the counsel when the matter was called out.
