Though belatedly by passing an order of 7th May, 2014, the order dated 22nd August, 2013 has been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the order is not legal and, therefore, he has filed a separate Petition challenging the said order.

Though belatedly, the order of this Court has been complied with. Therefore, no case is made out for initiating action under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. However, all issues concerning the legality and validity of the order dated 7th May, 2014 are kept open.
