None appears for the applicant. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that she has not received a copy of the application. We have perused the application. The prayer is for incorporating additional paragraph in the writ petition based on the subsequent event of the retirement of the applicant/ writ petition from service with effect from 31st July 2016. Therefore, we allow amendment. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded. Prayer clause (b) cannot be granted in this application for amendment. At this stage, prayer clause (c) cannot be granted. Civil Application is disposed of on above terms.
