The Applicant is present along with his grandson. There is an endorsement that the grandson of the Applicant has explained and interpreted the scope and import of the Consent Terms in Hindi to the Applicant. The Respondent who is present in Court, also confirms signing of the Consent Terms after having understood the scope and import of the same.
