The Civil Application has been filed seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 1306 of 2012 which suffered dismissal on 27th January, 2017 for want of prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application supported by affidavit of the Applicant, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non appearance of the counsel when the case was called. Accordingly we allow the Civil Application and Vishal Parekar 1/2
