We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition, as stated, Respondent No.1 has not decided the pension claim of the Petitioner, who retired on 1.10.2008 inspite of additional communication dated 29.12.2011 issued by the Senior Accounts Officer of the Education Department.

Therefore, by keeping all points open, we direct the concerned Respondent to decide the pension claim of the Petitioner as early as possible preferably within four months. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty. No costs. (A. A. SAYED, J.) (ANOOP V. MOHTA, J.) 1/1
