Considering the fact that these applicants were the tenants in the erstwhile building as such have an interest in the redevelopment of this property, it would be appropriate that the applicant is permitted to join here as party respondent and accordingly the application is allowed.

Petitioner is directed to join the applicant as a party respondent by making necessary amendment. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Newly added respondent has liberty to file reply in the petition. Leave to file rejoinder to reply of respondent is granted to the petitioner.
