DATED : 6th JULY, 2022 P.C:- By the present application, the applicant seek restoration of Bail Application which was dismissed in default for want of prosecution on 8/2/2022.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application.

It is stated that on account of the technical glitches, the applicant could not connect to the Court and resultantly, the application which was being heard through video-conferencing came to be dismissed. The reason being justiceable, the Bail Application is restored to file.
