The learned APP has placed on record the copy of the order passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate 67th Court, Borivali, Mumbai, which reflect that the applicant Anthony Paul Chettiar has pleaded guilty and stand convicted for the offence punishable under section 420, 406 of IPC and sentence has been imposed upon him.
