1] The learned APP fairly states that the Applicant was directed not to be arrested by order dated 09.03.2020 and the said order was extended from time to time. She fairly states that investigation in the subject CR is now complete and Investigating Officer is ready with the charge-sheet, which he will be filing shortly, hence custodial interrogation is not necessary.

2] Accepting the statement of the learned APP, following order is passed :

O R DE R (a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with 1/2

(6)ABA-578-2020.doc C.R.No.212/2019 registered with Wadala Police Station, the applicant Sana Anil Kuril, shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties of the like amount.

(c) The applicant shall mark attendance before the Investigating Officer as and when called for. (d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
