1] The limited relief claimed in the Petition is expeditious disposal of the claim of the Petitioner. It is the contention of the Petitioner that the Petitioner's father and brother have already been granted Validity Certificate.
2] In that view of the matter, we are inclined to dispose of the Petition. The Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.2 Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner in the light of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in Apoorva d/o Vinay Nichale Vs. Divisional Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee and others BGP.
