Having heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondent -State, we deem it proper to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.1Collector, Nashik to decide Petitioners' application dated 6th January 2014 under section 36 A (4) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966( copy of which is annexed at Exh.'E') as expeditiously as possible and preferrably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
