After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the age of the victim boys i.e. 5 and 6 years, the the trial of the applicant is expedited, lest, the victim boys are unable to recall the incident, due to passage of time.
