DATE: FEBRUARY 9, 2021 P.C.:- 1] It is not in dispute that non-applicant is attending D.V. Proceedings in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Nashik being Proceedings No. 129 of 2020.

2] Apart from above, the applicant is residing at Nashik after matrimonial discord. Non-applicant has agreed to provide vehicle to the applicant to travel from Nashik to Kalyan. However, modalities to be worked out for giving effect to such offer are difficult to be acted upon.

3] In that view of the matter, Proceedings being H.M.P. No. 1683 1/2

(27) MCA-84-2020.doc of 2019 pending on the file of Family Court, Kalyan stood transferred to Family Court, Nashik.

4] By consent, D.V. Proceedings bearing No. 129 of 2020 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Nashik stood transferred to the Family Court, Nashik to be heard with Proceedings being H.M.P. No. 1683 of 2019 which are ordered to be transferred from Kalyan to Nashik.
