The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that this Court (Coram : P. D. Kode, J.) has allowed the bail application of the applicant vide order dated 4th February, 2015. However, as the name of the father of the applicant in Bail Application No. 2077 of 2014 is wrongly mentioned as `Chandrabau' instead of `Chandrabali', the said order also records the incorrect name of the father of the applicant. He prays that the name of the SQ Pathan 1/2

appp.185.15.doc father be corrected from `Chandrabau' to `Chandrabali' in the order dated 4th February, 2015. Accordingly, the name of the applicant in the order dated 4th February, 2015 shall now read as "Maharaj @ Kapildev Chandrabali Dube".

The above correction shall be carried out in the original order as well as the order uploaded on the server.
