Leave to amend prayer clause is granted. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith. Mr. Gore submits that the next date of hearing before the Executing Court is 17.06.2019. Mr. Joshi states that he has been served with the proceedings yesterday.

"(b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the operation of the Judgment and Order dated 28.04.2010 passed by the Ld. 2Nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Alibag in RCS No.84/2003 (Exhibit-A) and the Judgment and Order dated 17.11.2018 passed by the Ld. Ad-hoc District Judge-2, Raigad, Alibag in Civil Appeal No.85/2010 (exhibit-D)"
