Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The applicant is the husband of Respondent No.1. He is directed by the court below to pay Rs. 15,000/- and Rs. 7,000/- by way of maintenance and residence to Respondent No.1 (first wife). His appeal has been dismissed by the appellate court.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that he has got second wife and two children from the second wife and therefore, he cannot pay the amount of Rs. 22,000/- to the respondent no.1. It is already observed by this court in the Borey 1/2

spb/ 12revn87-15.doc order passed today in criminal revision application no. 47 of 2015 that it was not necessary for the applicant to go for second marriage only because he had no issue. If he has invited trouble himself, he has to suffer for that. There is no substance in the revision application.

The revision application is dismissed.
