This is an application for cancellation of bailable warrant issued by this court against the applicants/appellants in Criminal Appeal No.701 of 1997 vide order dated 9th May 2017. The learned counsel for the appellants in Criminal Appeal No.701 of 1997 submits that he will attend hearing of Criminal Appeal No.701 of 1997 on each and every date fixed for hearing, and therefore, bailable warrant issued against the applicants/appellants be cancelled.

In view of this statement made by the learned counsel for the appellants/accused in Criminal Appeal No.701 of 1997, bailable warrant issued against appellants in Criminal Appeal No.701 of 1997 stands cancelled. Appellants to take Hamdast of this order and furnish the same to the concerned Police Station avk 2/3
