The record reveals that in pursuance to the order dated 13/04/2017 the applicant deposited the said amount in the Registry of this Court. It further appears that the Investigating Officer till date has not verified the fact about deposit and withdrawal of substantial amount from the personal account of the first informant, who is working as a driver in the S.T. Corporation of the State of Maharashtra.

It further appears that custody of the applicant is being sought only for recovery of amount of Rs.1,25,000/- which the Nesarikar

In view of the above, the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of crime is not necessary. The interim order granted by order dated 13/04/2017 is hereby confirmed.
