In this Revision Application, the order dated 7th January, 2016 is challenged. The order dated 7th January, 2016 does not show who has passed the order. It is not properly produced before this Court. It appears that the discharge application made under section 227 of Criminal Procedure Code was rejected by the Sessions Court. The applicant is accused in M.C.O.C. Spl. Case No. 01 of 2009 for offences punishable under sections 307, 341, 427, 120B of Indian Penal Code and under section 3, 25, 27 of Indian Arms Act.
