In pursuance of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respective parties herein that they would make an attempt to explore the possibility of amicable settlement, which is recorded in order dated 08/03/2017, today, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the parties herein have in fact settled the matter amicably. The first informant Smt. Urvashi Deepak Bathija is the wife of applicant Deepak Bathija. The learned counsel for the applicant has tendered a photocopy of share transfer slip of 11,000 shares of Indusind Bank in favour of the first informant. The same is taken on record.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that DMAT account of applicant bearing No.007214 has been freezed under the orders of Investigating Officer dated 05/08/2013 issued u/s 102 of Cr.P.C. It is submitted that because of freezing/sealing of the said account No.007214, the effective transfer of shares could not take place. 3.
In view of the amicable settlement between the
3 / 3 applicant and the first informant, the interim relief granted by order dated 08/03/2017 is hereby confirmed. The Investigating Officer API Mr.Vishal Chandanshive is personally present in the Court and is directed to issue necessary letter to the concerned bank thereby defreezing/desealing account No.007214 forthwith and without waiting for the authenticated copy of the order of this Court.
