P.C.:- By a reasoned order dated 21st February, 2018, the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer and join the process of investigation. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant has complied with the order dated 21st February, 2018. The record indicates that, as noted in the order dated 22nd February 2018, the role played by the present Applicant in the present crime is that, he was a member of unlawful assembly from the group of Principal 1/2

ssm 2 22-aba319.18.sxw assailant Vivek Shettiyar and pushed one of the witnesses namely Parshuram Salian during the said melee.

In view thereof, the further custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

The interim relief granted by order dated 21st February, 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the Applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. till submission of final report qua him. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
