This is an application for anticipatory bail filed by the aforesaid applicants apprehending their arrest in Crime No.43 of 2016 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station for offences punishable under Section 326, 427, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the State.

The records indicate that the applicants had filed application

for bail which is pending before the Addl. Sessions Judge, Pune. The learned Addl. Sessions Judge has declined to grant interim relief and has fixed the application for hearing on 29.2.2016. 4.

In my considered view, the applicants need to be protected till the application for bail is finally decided by the Sessions Court. Hence the applicants are granted interim bail on the following terms and conditions:

i) In the event of arrest of the aforesaid applicants in Crime No. 43 of 2016, registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Pune, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Pune.

ii) The applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer on every alternate day between 10 a.m. to 1.pm. from the date of receipt of this order, till disposal of the bail application pending before the Sessions Court, Pune.

iii) This interim order shall remain in force till disposal of bail

application No.536 of 2016.

iv) The learned Sessions Judge to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible, and in any event on or before 31 st March, 2016.

v) The application is accordingly disposed of.
