The Order impugned herein dated 06th January 2018 is passed by the Respondent No.1.- Additional Collector and Appellate Authority, Mumbai City in Appeal No. 285 of 2015, under Section 35 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that, there is an alternate remedy available, at the disposal of the petition, by way of Revision before the Grievance Redressal Committee.

In view thereof, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition 1/2
