Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners invited my attention to a copy of the resolution passed by the respondent nos.1 to 10 continuing the appointment of the petitioner no.1 as the Vice Chairman and the petitioner no.2 as the Secretary of the society in question till the next meeting is held where they propose to amend the bye-laws of the society. The members have also decided to conduct a fresh election after amendment of the bye-laws. A copy of the resolution dated 3rd March, 2018 is taken on record. In view of the resolution passed by the respondent nos.1 to 10 and the petitioner and the Union Leaders on 3rd March, 2018, the petitioners' interest is protected.
