1) Heard rival submissions on Criminal Application Nos. 265 of 2015 and 81 of 2015 which are filed by the respective accused persons for grant of bail during the pendency of their respective appeals.

2) Bail Application No. 81 of 2015 is preferred by original accused Nos. 4 and 5 in their Appeal No. 904 of 2014 1/2

5-APPA-265-2015.odt and Bail application No. 265 of 2015 is preferred by original accused No.6 in Appeal No.219 of 2015. Both the appeals are already admitted.

3) After hearing the respective advocates for sometime and after going through the material available on record, by way of notes of evidence, it is found fit that the appeals are required to be heard, expeditiously, without deciding the present applications for grant of bail. This was also the view expressed by the learned Counsel for the appellants/applicants and time is prayed on behalf of the appellants in Cr. Appeal No. 904 of 2014 to file private paper book. As such, in view of this, both the bail applications are disposed of as withdrawn.

4) The private paper book is allowed to be filed in Cr. Appeal No. 904 of 2014. The same shall be used for hearing of both the appeals.

5) Office to place Criminal Appeal Nos. 904 of 2014 and 219 of 2015 on final hearing on 20th August, 2015. (A.R.JOSHI, J.) 2/2
