This is a second application for bail. The earlier application was dismissed as withdrawn by an order dated 02.08.2016 by this Court. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court if the trial arising out of C. R. No. 399 of 2015 dated 14.10.2015 registered with L. T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai does not conclude within a period of one year from today. 2.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
