1] By order dated 06.11.2020 this court granted extension of three weeks to furnish sureties in compliance of the earlier directions passed on 28.02.2020 when he was released on bail.
2] The application for extension is filed in February, 2021, but since it did not see light of the day, contention of the learned counsel is that the Court refused to accept the sureties.
A specific statement is made by the learned counsel for the Applicant that the sureties are ready and within a period of two weeks the sureties shall be furnished.
3] Subject the abovesaid undertaking, the Application is allowed. 1/2
