Heard learned counsel Mr.Satyavrat Joshi for the Applicant. This is a subsequent bail application. The earlier application bearing No.896 of 2016 was rejected by this court (Coram : Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) vide order dated 24th August 2016. At that relevant time this court had considered the merits of the matter, more particularly the fact that the applicant is about 59 years old, whereas the victim is 20 years old. The DNA report was positive and it indicated that it matched with the blood sample of the present applicant. There is no change in the circumstance so as

Priya 14 ba 481-18-cr to consider the application on merits. In view of this, the application stands disposed of. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune seized with Sessions Case No.155 of 2015 and shall make every endeavour for recording of evidence as far as possible by 30th July 2019.
