After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application, as the trial is being expedited. 2.
Learned A.P.P states that the charge is framed and the matter is posted on 2nd May, 2017 for submission of muddemal property. 3.
Considering the evidence on record, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30th December, 2017.
