This Civil Application is for bringing the heirs of Respondents No. 1 and 5 on record after condoning the delay and also for deleting the name of deceased Vatsalabai Vasant Rane from the cause title of the Second Appeal No.344 of 1992. For the reasons stated, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers - (a), (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out on or before 04th March, 2015.
