Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, since 28th September, 2022 Petitioner is being produced before Trial Court through VideoConferencing. It is further submitted that, the Jail Administration has also made a request to Trial Court to permit them to produce Accused persons through Video-Conferencing and to provide internet link for the same. 2.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
