Perused the order. The order is passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on 31st October, 2015 while granting temporary anticipatory bail.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted the applicants have moved Application no. 137 of 2015 for modification of the order before the Sessions Court in December, 2015 and though the learned counsel has requested the learned Sessions Judge to pass an order and to consider the application, but till February, 2016 the learned Judge did not consider the Application.

The learned counsel for the applicant to take note that the applications are not to be moved to the High Court for modification of the order passed by the Sessions Court. The learned Sessions Judge to take up the Application and consider it on merits and pass the order till 31st March, 2016.
