The Petitioner in Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 4242 of 2020 has taken out interim application seeking impleadment of the Polytechnics (proposed Petitioners herein) as the party Petitioners. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he will also join the particular society, which runs these polytechnics, as the party Petitioner, as polytechnics themselves. The petition is at the stage of admission. Accordingly, we allow the interim application by permitting the Petitioner to join the polytechnics proposed to be joined along with the society, i.e K. K. Wagh Education Society, Nashik, which runs these polytechnics, as party Petitioners, in addition to the Petitioner in the present petition. The Petitioner may, accordingly, carry out amendment in terms of the schedule of amendment annexed to the Interim Application. Such amendment to be carried out within one week from today.
